Park Ave

Our brief for this site was to design a new generation boarding house under the affordable housing state environmental planning policy. Two things were important to the owner of the property, the first was quality of the rooms and the second was maintaining the affordability to the market. We set an ambitious target of 25 rooms and found that with very efficient planning and an unorthodox approach to the architecture of the building we were able to propose 29 rooms.
