3 Thomas Holt Drive

We were engaged under a Design and Construct Contractor to carry out the design works for the lobby and the end of trip facilities. We also assisted selecting finishes and carrying out visualisations for the façade upgrade. 3 Thomas Holt Drive is part of a complex of buildings with number 1 having undergone a major upgrade. Our brief was to make number 3 feel like number 1 but it had to have its own identity.
