A breadth of local and international experience in leading design & documentation of commercial and residential projects.

Having worked with leading architectural, design and building firms in the UK and Australia, Richard has over 21 years of experience.

Richard’s local experience in the design industry involved design and documentation of major fit outs for companies across multi-floor tenancies ranging in size from several hundred square metres up to 16,000 square metres. He has also designed and delivered several luxury homes and boutique multi-unit developments that maximise value for their owners whilst achieving high levels of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

He has also worked on several government office projects such as DOCS, Dept of Housing and Sydney Water as well as federal government offices such as NEHTA.

Richard has implemented staged fit out projects involving multiple moves of staff across occupied floors for companies such as AON, QBE and HSBC. QBE involved the demolition and refurbishment of sites across three Sydney buildings whilst AON consisted of 16,000m2 of reconfiguration in an occupied building.
