Bryant Street

Liquid Design was engaged to upgrade this 40,000 square metre industrial building into a contemporary industrial complex with 8 individual suites. In updating this 1950’s building to meet the needs of today’s light industrial market it was important that we didn’t lose the history of the site. The upgrade required a new façade, updated translucent roof sheeting, new office spaces, new loading docks and substantial changes to the building services. We opted to over clad the original red bricks with aluminium panels and include a feature awning around the glazed office facades. The result is a new looking building with an intriguing arrangement of antique elements (including the guardhouse awning) on display throughout the site.
